However, I felt it was important to write a Google Review about my experience with the State Farm Office owned by Mr. Hedges. Most of my business dealings were with Jessica Rad Khorasani, a senior associate at his office. She is intelligent, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Her customer service to my wife and I was simply "off the charts" and I will always remember her quality customer care. In our conversation today about the transfer of my auto policies, she thanked me for being a loyal State Farm Customer and said, "we will miss you." "Jason Nightingale quoted me an car insurance, and i changed to Statefarm, after 2 months i get a mail that they quoted it wrong, and that it would be alot more. And i had 31 days to cancel that. I did cancel within the timeframe, still they charged my creditcard a few days after, and now nearly 6 weeks later, the problem is not solved, and i have to report it as fraud to American Express, as it seems to be the only way.... Edit after owners response: I got a call from Jason a few days after this review, who was very angry, and wanted me to remove this review immediately. You sent out a letter from head office clearly stating that I could cancel the policy within 31 days, which I did, and yet my card was charged! Don't try to make up some sunshine story now. I got all the money back through the credit card company."
