RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and in a friendly manner, including questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, including timely follow-ups as needed.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Full Time Availability, Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5pm.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • People-oriented with a dedication to customer service and the ability to effectively relate to customers.
  • Self-motivated, proactive in problem-solving, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain Property and Casualty (4-40) prior to start date
  • Life/Health License preferred but not immediately required.
